I have coupled my 18+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist and 10+ year of nonprofit leadership into a tangible framework to actually live in all that you were called to be.
I know what it's like to be successful but have no fulfillment. To lie in a constant toil of knowing there is something greater in you but every time you get close to achieving it it slips through your fingers.
I lived that gap for a long time. Then I found the awareness that changed everything. I took time to heal and truly explore who I am so I could live it out loud.
