About H.E.R. Refinery Co.

I grew up in church. I knew the truth of God before I could have explained it. I watched His hand move in miracles, in signs, in wonders I couldn't deny.

But truth and pain don't always speak the same language.

I experienced trauma. Disappointment. Betrayal. And for a long time, I didn't know how to see God's truth through the lens of my own pain. I knew it was real and good. I just didn't believe it was for me….. not fully. I carried a quiet shame, a sense that I wasn't enough to receive the benefits of what I already believed.

Then came the shift.

I came into an awareness of who God actually is, and who I actually am. Not just a servant carrying out a purpose, but a person He created with value, with worth, with fulfillment that was mine to carry. That single shift revolutionized the way I saw myself.

From there, everything changed. I learned to understand my emotions instead of avoiding them. I learned to recognize my own thought patterns instead of living inside them unquestioned. And as I renewed the way I saw myself, I was able to align my whole life: spirit, mind, and body to the truth I had always known but never fully lived.

Now I want the same for you.

I want you to see the truth. I want you to know your worth, your value, not as concepts, but as something you actually feel and live from. I want you to have the self-awareness to experience yourself fully, so that everything God placed in you can be fully manifested in this world.

That is why I built H.E.R. Refinery Co.. A space of education, community, and resources for women ready to do exactly that.
