What We Cover Together
Week 1 — Renewing the Mind:Break autopilot thinking, understand your belief systems, and begin intentional God-aligned thinking through the A.R.A. Framework.
Week 2 — Faith & Identity:Examine what you truly believe about yourself and God. Identify confirmation bias and begin rewiring your internal narrative toward truth.
Week 3 — Emotional Processing:Learn to feel, name, and process your emotions as signals — not enemies. Break cycles of avoidance and build healthy emotional intelligence.
Week 4 — Fear, Confidence & Self-Control:Identify fear-based identity narratives and replace them with God-given truth. Walk in power, love, and a sound mind.
Week 5 — Hope Actualized:Expand your expectations, remove the limits fear placed on your desires, and align your life with what God has placed in your heart.
Week 6 — Becoming in Action:Integrate everything. Build aligned habits, honor your needs, establish boundaries, and step fully into the woman you have been becoming all along.
