H.E.R. Refinery Co. provides faith-inspired wellness education and identity alignment services. Our offerings include one-on-one Alignment Sessions, group cohort programs (including Reframed and The Becoming Experience), workshops, speaking engagements, digital resources, and community spaces.
Our services are not a replacement for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical care. Tamara Gover operates in her capacity as a Wellness and Identity Strategist. Any occupational therapy background referenced is for informational and credibility context only and does not constitute a clinical OT-client relationship through these programs.
Our services are designed for women ages 18 and older. By enrolling in any program or using our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not prohibited from receiving our services under any applicable law
- The information you provide during enrollment is accurate and complete
All fees for programs, sessions, and digital products are stated clearly at the time of purchase. By completing enrollment, you agree to pay the full amount or applicable payment plan installments.
- Payment Plans: If a payment plan is selected, all installments are due on their scheduled dates. Failure to pay may result in suspension from the program until the balance is resolved.
- Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal Business, CashApp Business, Zelle, and credit/debit cards via our website payment processor.
- Currency: All pricing is in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Alignment Sessions (1:1): Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows forfeit that session fee.
Group Programs (Reframed / The Becoming Experience): Due to the cohort nature of our programs and the preparation involved, refunds are not available after the program begins. If you withdraw before the program start date:
- More than 7 days before start: Refund issued, less a $25 administrative fee. If physical program materials (such as The Becoming Box or a workbook) have already been shipped, the retail value of those items will also be deducted from your refund — or you may return the items unopened and in original condition within 7 days at your own shipping expense to receive the full refund minus the $25 administrative fee only.
- Within 7 days of start: 50% refund or a credit toward a future cohort. If physical materials have already shipped, they are considered non-returnable at this stage and their value is included in the non-refundable portion.
- After program begins: No refund; credit toward a future cohort considered on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Products: Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads and courses, all sales are final. Exceptions may be considered at H.E.R. Refinery Co.'s sole discretion.
Workshops & Speaking: Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual booking agreement or contract.
To create the best experience for yourself and others, you agree to:
- Show up to sessions and programs with honesty, openness, and a willingness to do the work
- Treat all community members, facilitators, and staff with respect and dignity
- Maintain the confidentiality of what other participants share in group settings
- Not record, screenshot, or distribute session content without explicit written permission
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in any H.E.R. Refinery Co. space
H.E.R. Refinery Co. reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or community for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.
All content produced by H.E.R. Refinery Co. — including but not limited to program materials, workbooks, email courses, frameworks, session content, website copy, graphics, and brand assets — is the sole intellectual property of H.E.R. Refinery Co. and Tamara Gover.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own transformation journey. You may not:
- Reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any program content without written permission
- Use our frameworks, tools, or materials in your own coaching or business practice
- Copy or replicate any portion of this website or our branded content
H.E.R. Refinery Co. is committed to holding what you share with us in the highest confidence. Information shared in 1:1 sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
In group program settings, we ask that all participants honor a community confidentiality agreement — what is shared in the group, stays in the group. H.E.R. Refinery Co. cannot guarantee the confidentiality of other participants but will enforce this standard as a condition of program participation.
H.E.R. Refinery Co. and Tamara Gover shall not be held liable for any outcomes — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your participation in our programs or use of our services.
You acknowledge that personal transformation involves risk and that results vary by individual. H.E.R. Refinery Co. does not guarantee specific outcomes, income results, or emotional outcomes from participation in any program.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
By providing a testimonial, review, or feedback to H.E.R. Refinery Co., you grant us the right to use your words, first name, and general location (e.g., "Dallas, TX") in our marketing materials, website, and social media — unless you explicitly request anonymity in writing.
We will never share your full name, photograph, or personally identifying information in marketing without your explicit written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@herrefinery.com.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, with proceedings conducted in North Carolina. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
H.E.R. Refinery Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email.
